Supporting the development of regulatory language to clarify the meaning of the phrase "loan originator" as used in the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act (Title V of PL 110-289). Providing recommendations to the Executive Branch regarding the establishment of the Office of Housing Counseling within HUD, and an Office of Financial Literacy within the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
