H.R. 4457; H.R. 4718; H.R. 4719; Section 179 Small Business Expensing at $500K level; 50% bonus depreciation; donated conservation easements and donated food; remaining extenders including wind production tax credit, cellulocis and biodiesel credits, fertilizer deduction.
S. 1859 Tax Extenders Act of 2013; Bill will extend 50+ tax provisions for the 2014 tax year including Section 179 at the $500K level, 50% bonus depreciation, and several other Farm Bureau tax priorities.
H.R. 5771 Tax Increase Prevention Act of 2014; Companion bill to S. 1859.
S. 2260, the EXPIRE Act; The bill extends for two years all of the Farm Bureau supported tax provisions that expired at the end of last year.
S. 743, the Marketplace Fairness Act; The bill would allow states and local governments to enforce their existing sales tax laws on remote sellers, but does not create new taxes or increase existing sales taxes.

H.R. 5213, the Simplifying Technical Aspects Regarding Seasonality (STARS) Act of 2014; The bill creates a single definition for seasonal and streamlines the way that employers determine if they are Applicable Large Employers. This simplified standard will reduce the administrative burden for seasonal employers and help them to avoid hefty ACA penalties.
S. 2881, the Simplifying Technical Aspects Regarding Seasonality (STARS) Act of 2014; Companion bill to H.R. 5213.
