1.) BAE Systems Australia, a subsidiary of BAE Systems, plc, the UK-based parent company identified on the LD-1, collaborates with the registrant in the maintenance and upgrade of shipboard anti-missile decoy systems for the United States Navy and would benefit from sustained or bolstered O&M (Operation and Maintenance) funding for these anti-missile decoy systems in the United States. 2.) BAE Systems, plc, the UK based parent company identified on the LD-1 would benefit from ratification of the technology sharing treaties between the US and UK and the US and Australia.
