H.R. 997 English Unity Act of 2009. A Bill to declare English the official langauage of the United States. Legislation to establish a uniform English language rule of naturaliztion to avoid micontrctions of the English language texts of the laws of the United States, pursuant to Copngress' power to provide the general welfare of the United States. The issue to establish a uniform naturalization under Article 1, Section8 of the Constitution
S. 449 Free Speech Protection Act of 2009. A bill to allow free expression without fear of a lawsuit based on the content of speech or published or otherwise disseminated in the United States. The issue of free speech or limitations of speech as it pertains to freedom of speech in the Constitution

H.R. 1276 Social Security Guarantee Act. A Bill to prevent Social Security Trust funds from being included in a unified Federal budget and the the funds are used to protect Social Security solvency. The issue of how funds from the Social Securoty Trust Fund will be used.
H.R. 219 Social Security Preservation Act. A bill to amend Title II of the social Security Act to ensure the integrity of the Social Security Trust Fund. The issue to invest the annual surplus of the Turst Fund in marktable interest bearing obligations of the United States and Certificates of Deposits in instititutions insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and to protect the Trust funds from the public debt.
H.R. 236 Social Security Protection Act of 2009. A bill to protect beneficiaries for any reduction in benefits which would require an amendment to the the Congressional Budget Act of 1974. The issue to limit benefit reductions to beneficiaries.
