Prioritizing working lands programs and approach over land idling programs. Ensuring land-idling programs focus on truly environmentally sensitive lands.
Providing clarity on language in the 2017 Grain Standards Reauthorization regarding non-use of service exception agreements after agency misinterpretation led to some agreements being wrongly terminated.
