Lobbying against proposed creation of TRICARE for Life, TRICARE Standard yearly enrollment fees for military retirees, their families and survivors as well as against proposed increases in TRICARE Prime fees for military retirees, their families and survivors and the propsed increases in co-pays and changes in the structure of the network for all TRICARE Pharmacy beneficiaries except active duty military, and against creation of "BRAC like" commmission to study and change the complete structure of military
retirement within the NDAA in both the House and the Senateincluding S2121 HR1540, HR 1092 and HR1285
Lobbying in favor of ending the remaining provisions that stop military retirees from receiving both their retired pay and their VA disability pay without offset HR333, HR303, HR186 and S344.
Lobbying in favor of improvement in services and benefits for the Reserve Components ( National Guard and the Reserves) including Reserve Component Pay HR 181; enbedding mental health care professional in NG units S325; urging the correction of the present method of calculating the Reserve Deployment Retirement Credit HR 1283;
Lobbying to improve the programs and benefits for military survivors including, most importantly the end of the SBP/DIC offset S260 and HR178 and urging its inclusion in the NDAA. And improvments in survivors educational benefits HR2550
Urging continued improvements in the military's direct care medical system- both the MTFs and the civilian medical contracts.
Supporting the Commissary and Exchanges and MWR programs.
Urging the creation of an auditable DoD budget.

Lobbying in support of continued improvments in the Department's adjudication system and its medical programs including the creation of a Burn Pit Registry, improved coverage for exposure to Agent Orange S1629
Lobbying in support of granting veterans status to Reserve Components retirees S491. Lobbying in support of improving the
programs to help veterans from the present wars to find appropriate education programs, and find civilian jobs. To help out of work veterans from previous eras to receive needed training to help assure employment. To help them create and grow small businesses,and for granting proper licensing and credentialing credit to core competencies learned and exercised in the military including commerical drivers licences.
Lobbying in support of protecting the dignity and sanctity of military funerals by passing S815 and HR948 . Urging that a program be adopted to deal with long term medical problems caused by poluted water at Camp Lejeune to families and dependents of active duty family members.
