Urged EPA to object to the issuance of the Deepwater Port Act license for Texas Gulflink and refer the issue to CEQ.

Urged Congress to Oppose H.R. 9495, the Stop Terror-Financing and Tax Penalties on American Hostages Act, which includes the text of H.R. 6408 and thus would allow political appointees to baselessly accuse civil society organizations of supporting terrorism and revoke tax-exempt status without due process, an easily abusable power that chills First Amendment activities.
Urged Congress to Oppose H.R. 6408, to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to terminate the tax-exempt status of terrorist supporting organizations, which would allow political appointees to baselessly accuse civil society organizations of supporting terrorism and revoke tax-exempt status without due process, an abusable power that chills First Amendment activities.
Urged Congress to Oppose H.R. 8314, the No Foreign Election Interference Act, an overbroad bill that would create chilling effects on First Amendment activities without effectively preventing foreign interference in elections.
Urged the Department of Treasury and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to finalize guidance for the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Section 30C Alternative Fuel Vehicle Refueling Property Credit by the end of 2024 and to provide a simple address look-up tool so people and businesses can determine if they are eligible for this vital tax credit.
Urged Treasury and the White House to finalize the rules on IRA Section 45V Clean Hydrogen tax credits, and Sections 45Y and 48E Technology Neutral Clean Energy Tax credits.
