Provides funding for the Division of Diabetes Translation (DDT) at the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention
as well as funding for research at the National Institutes of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) at the National
Institutes of Health (NIH). We lobby for increased funding for both these agencies, on behalf of those who will benefit from the research and education/information programs that they provide.
