TREAT Act (H.R. 708/S. 168), all provisions related to temporarily authorizing interstate provision of in-person and telehealth services.
TREATS Act (S. 340), all provisions related to the use of telehealth for substance use disorder treatment and mental health services.
Permanency for Audio-Only Telehealth Act (H.R. 9035), all provisions related to expanding accessibility to telehealth services under the Medicare program.
Mainstreaming Addiction Treatment Act, all provisions related to removing the waiver requirement for health care providers to prescribe buprenorphine for opioid use disorder.
National Suicide Hotline Designation Act of 2019 (116th Congress, H.R. 4194/S. 2661), all provisions related to requiring the Federal Communications Commission designate 9-8-8 as a universal national suicide prevention and mental health crisis hotline number.
Action to increase the amount of federal support provided to states for Medicaid, known as the Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP), and enact a glidepath for the future reduction in funding.
