S. 3248 and H.R. 5489, Agriculture Environmental Stewardship Act - To provide a 30% investment tax credit to incentivize investment in biogas digesters and nutrient recovery systems.
H.R. 5240, the Biodiesel Tax Incentive Reform and Extension Act of 2016 - Bill extends the $1-per-gallon tax credit for biodiesel through the end of 2019.
H.R. 5167, Technologies for Energy Security Act - Bill extends the 30% small wind tax credit through 2019. The credit would then be 26% for 2020 and 22% for 2021.

H.R. 5883, Technical and Clarifying Amendments to the Packers and Stockyard Act of 2016 - To expand the Packers and Stockyards Act definitions to include the use of internet and video auctions and update payment methods to include the use of electronic fund transfers.
EPA Atrazine Comment Period regarding updated risk assessment - In 2016, EPA issued a draft Ecological Assessment of the herbicide, which is a preliminary step in judging whether the chemical will continue to be available for agricultural producers.

H.R. 5226, the Regulatory Integrity Act of 2016 - to ensure transparency by requiring regulatory agencies to maintain written, electronic and social media information on pending regulatory actions.
H.R. 185, the Regulatory Accountability Act - Comprehensive revision of regulatory agency rule making processes, procedures, definitions, and oversight.
Cormorant Depredation - Rep Rick Crawford (R-AR) and Rep. Bruce Westerman (R-AR) are circulating a letter to be sent to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) and the office of Wildlife Services within USDA, requesting that those offices take immediate action to mitigate the impact of cormorant depredation on fish farmers.
Atrazine - Rep. Ken Buck (R-Colo.) has drafted a letter to be sent to EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy requesting that the agency take into account the needs of farmers in determining atrazines future use and utilize sound science in finalizing the agencys ecological risk assessment.

S. 612, Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act (formerly branded Waters Resource Development Act or WRDA) - The WIIN Act contains three titles, the first incorporates the WRDA of 2016 which authorizes investment in Americas ports, channels, locks, dams, and other infrastructure that supports the maritime and waterways transportation system and provides flood protection for communities. It also authorizes Army Corps of Engineers Chiefs Reports received since WRRDA 2014.
