Regulatory Reform:
H.R. 3309, Federal Communications Commission Process Reform Act -- support
Opposed "nonresident alien deposit interest reporting" regulation (REG-146097-09) -- urged Treasury Secretary to reject regulation
H.R. 3862, Sunshine for Regulatory Decrees and Settlements Act -- support
