2. H.R. 281, the Ensuring Diverse Leadership Act of 2019, a bill that would require the Federal Reserve Bank to interview at least one individual reflective of gender diversity and one reflective of racial or ethnic diversity in making the appointment of a regional bank president.

3. H.R. 1018, the Improving Corporate Governance through Diversity Act of 2019, a bill that would require companies to annually disclose the voluntarily self-identified gender, race, ethnicity & veteran status of their board directors, nominees, and senior executive officers.

4. H.R. 3620 A pilot program to preserve affordable rural housing would be made permanent. The measure would authorize $1 billion over five years for the Multifamily Housing Preservation and Revitalization (MPR) program, which lets the Agriculture Department restructure and preserve loans it has financed for low-income families and farm workers.

1. USDA Rural Housing Services and GAIIN Act - H.R. 6104 -Generating American Income & Infrastructure Now act.

This bill requires the Department of Agriculture (USDA) to sell certain distressed notes and other obligations held by USDA. The sale must be conducted under terms and procedures established by the Department of the Treasury and specified in the bill. Of the proceeds from the sale: (1) 50% must be deposited into an account for carrying out infrastructure projects in low-income communities, and (2) 50% must be retained in the Treasury for deficit reduction.
