Patent Reform Act of 2011 (S. 23) -UA supported the reform of the patent system to be implemented by this bill. harmonizing our patent system with that of our trading partners, improving patent quality, reducing patent litigation costs, and providing additional authority for the U.S. Patent and Trade Office to secure the resources it needs to operate effectively.
