H.R. 228, the Traffic Stops Along the Border Statistics Study Act, would require the U.S. Attorney General to collect race and other data on traffic stops made by State and local law enforcement officers; and
H.R. 324, legislation which would grant statutory arrest authority to law enforcement officers employed by the U.S. Department of Defense;
H.R. 365/S. 657, the "National Blue Alert," legislation creating an alert system for law enforcement officers killed or seriously injured in the line of duty;
H.R. 420/S. 798, the Veterans Heritage Firearms Act, would allow individuals, veterans, law enforcement officers and law enforcement agencies to register firearms they possess which were prohibited by the enactment of the Gun Control Act of 1968;
H.R. 495/H.R. 963/S. 505, the See Something, Say Something Act, would expand the current immunity from liability to cover all persons who report suspicious activity to authorities, not just suspicious activity which occurs on Federal property or transportation systems;
H.R. 498, the "State and Local Law Enforcement Hatch Act Reform Act," which would amend the Hatch Act to allow local and State law enforcement officers to be candidates for the office of Sheriff and permit Sheriffs to engage in political activity;
H.R. 815, the Justice for Public Servants Act, would expand the death penalty by adding the murder or attempted murder of a law enforcement officer, Member of Congress or Congressional employee as aggravating factors in death penalty cases;
H.R. 1416, the Crime Victim Restitution and Court Fee Intercept Act, would provide federal authorization for the U.S. Department of Treasury to intercept tax refunds to pay overdue court-ordered financial obligations, including court fines, fees and restitution;
H.R. 1540/S. 1867, the "National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012," which contained a provision to grant statutory arrest authority to law enforcement officers employed by the U.S. Department of Defense;
H.R. 1558/S. 838, the Hunting, Fishing, and Recreational Shooting Protection Act, which would prohibit the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from banning traditional ammunition because of its lead content;
H.R. 1789, the State and Local Law Enforcement Discipline, Accountability and Due Process Act,which would protect the due process rights of officers during internal investigations;
H.R. 1981, the Protecting Children From Internet Pornographers Act, which would improve the ability of law enforcement to combat trafficking in child pornography;
H.R. 3261, the Stop Online Piracy Act, which would strengthen the ability of the United States to take action against foreign rogue websites that traffic in counterfeit and pirated products;
S. 306, the National Criminal Justice Commission Act," which would create a National Commission to examine the U.S. criminal justice systems at the State and Federal level;
S. 513, the Saving Kids from Dangerous Drugs Act, would increase penalties on those who tailor-market illegal drugs to entice children to purchase them;
S. 755, the Crime Victim Restitution and Court Fee Intercept Act, would provide federal authorization for the U.S. Department of Treasury to intercept tax refunds to pay overdue court-ordered financial obligations, including court fines, fees and restitution;
S. 890, the Fighting Fraud to Protect Taxpayers Act, would redirect money in the Working Capital fund toward additional fraud enforcement efforts and give the US Secret Service the permanent authority to conduct undercover operations;
S. 968 , the S. 968, the Preventing Real Online Threats to Economic Creativity and Theft of Intellectual Property Act (PROTECT IP) Act, which would strengthen the ability of the United States to take action against foreign rogue websites that traffic in counterfeit and pirated products;
S. 1483, the Incorporation Transparency and Law Enforcement Assistance Act,would help law enforcement combat the misuse of U.S. corporations by requiring States to obtain beneficial ownership information for corporations and limited liability companies formed under State law; and
Legislation which would normalize relations with Cuba until that nation ceases to be a safe harbor for cop-killers and other fugitives.

H.R. 327/S. 985, the Law Enforcement Officers Equity Act, would provide 6 (c) benefits to approximately 30,000 Federal law enforcement officers who currently do not have them; and
H.R. 567/S. 347, the "Public Employee Pension Transparency Act," which would undermine existing pension systems for public employees; and
H.R. 3561, the Small Business Pension Promotion Act, which would ensure that existing public retirement plans which use years of service to establish a normal retirement date will be able to continue this practice without penalty and without jeopardizing the retirement plans and benefits.

H.R. 2797/S. 113, the Public Servant Retirement Protection Act, would repeal the "Windfall Elimination Provision" (WEP) and replace it with a more equitable, individualized calculation of Social Security benefits; and
Opposition to legislation which would mandate participation in Social Security for all newly hired State and local employees.

H.R. 231, the No More Tulias: Drug Law Enforcement Evidentiary Standards Improvement Act, which would significantly limit States who fund anti-drug task forces from receiving Federal funding from the Edward J. Byrne Memorial Justice Assistant Grants program;
H.R. 1896/S. 207, the COPS Improvements Act, would provide full funding for the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) and the programs it administers; and
S. 250, the Justice for all Reauthorization Act, which would strengthen rights for crime victims and reauthorize several successful grant programs, including the Debbie Smith DNA Backlog Grant Program and the Kirk Bloodsworth Post-Conviction DNA Testing Grant Program, and take key steps to reduce the continuing backlog of untested rape kits, including providing funding, best practices, and support for law enforcement to ensure that rape kits make their way from police departments to laboratories;
S. 955, the Protect Those Who Serve Act, which would authorize up to $500 million in grants to States to provide up to eighty percent (80%) of the costs of the renovation, modernization, and construction of law enforcement facilities;
Legislation that would provide funding to the U.S. Park Police to purchase a new air unit; and
Select components of legislation tentatively entitled the "American Jobs Act" that would fund public safety programs like the hiring grant administered by the Office of Community Oriented Policing Servies and those supporting public safety and anti-terrorist activity funded through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
