H.R. 11/S.182: Ledbetter Fair Pay Act all provisions amending title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Americans With Disabilities Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act to extend the period for filing charges of discrimination in violation of such title and to provide relief for certain current injuries arising from compensation calculations attributable to compensation decisions made at any time in violation of such title.
H.R. 12/S. 182: Paycheck Fairness Act - To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to provide more effective remedies to victims of discrimination in the payment of wages on the basis of sex, and for other purposes.
