The Better Care Reconciliation Act - opposed passage of BCRA in the Senate, and various amendments including the Cassidy-Graham proposal, to the House-passed American Health Care Act (H.R. 1628).
Opposed Medicare reimbursement reductions for hospitals eligible for the 340B drug discount program.
Urged Congress to delay implementation of scheduled reductions to Medicaid disproportionate share hospital payments.
Supported extending the Children's Health Insurance Program for five years, and continuing Medicare "extenders" (Medicare Dependent Hospital program, Low Volume Adjustment and Ambulance add-on payments).
Supported passage of the ACE Kids Act (S.428).
Home Infusion Payments (S. 1738, H.R. 3178) - Supported making changes to align the effective dates of ASP reimbursement for Part B DME infusion drugs and the infusion services payment included in the 21st Century Cures Act.

Drug Pricing - Hosted a July Congressional briefing on drug pricing impact on hospitals. Supported The Lower Drug Costs through Competition Act (H.R. 749), The Fair Access to Safe and Timely Generics Act (H.R. 2051), The Preserving Access to Affordable Generics (S.124), The Increasing Competition in Pharmaceuticals Act (S.297) and the CREATES Act (S. 974).
Engaged and monitored draft legislation to modify the 340B drug discount program.
Monitored discussions around Congressional funding for cost-sharing reduction subsidies and other efforts to stabilize insurance markets.
Supported passage of the Creating High-Quality Results and Outcomes Necessary to Improve Chronic (CHRONIC) Care Act (S.870).
Independent Payment Advisory Board (H.R. 859, S. 251) - Supported passage of legislation to repeal IPAB.
Preventive Health Savings Act (H.R. 2953) - Supported passage of legislation to allow for Congressional Budget Office to estimate cost-savings from preventive health care services.
Supported House passage of the Protecting Access to Care Act (H.R. 1215) and the Saving Lives, Saving Costs Act (H.R. 1565).
