Provide strategic counsel and advocacy regarding issues related to Eclipse Metals Ltd.s efforts to strengthen and advance the U.S. and Western-aligned rare earth supply chain based on the companys rare earth mineral resources in Greenland. Eclipse believes its Greenland holdings, licenses and interests can contribute to U.S. and allied resilience against disruptions in minerals critical to defense, advanced manufacturing, and AI-enabling technologies. BGR will assist Eclipse executives in engagements with senior U.S. government officials on how to unleash Greenlands rare-earths potential in a manner consistent with the stated commercial priorities of President Trump and the Administration
