Budget: An increased 302B Allocation for USDA in Agriculture Appropriations for FY 2022 - No bill number yet.
Appropriations increasing student aid accounts - Double the maximum Pell Grant and increase overall funding, increase Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant, increase Work-Study funding, GearUp funding.
Appropriations research: Increase NSF to $10 billion for FY 2022, increase EPA Science and Technology research, increase USDA research (NIFA, AFRI, Hatch) and extension (Smith-Lever and McIntire-Stennis) accounts. Increase NIH research and translational research, increase Manufacturing Extension Partnership, NIST, NOAA Ocean and Atmospheric Research and Commerce research funding for Manufacturing USA and advanced manufacturing institutes.
Support increased research funding for DOD 6.1 research, support additional NASA Science and DOE
ARPA-E, EERE and Office of Science research accounts.
