Support legislation and administrative action to ease the Medicaid IMD exclusion and Medicaid inmate exclusion, including HR 1201, the Increasing Behavioral Health Treatment Act, HR 2400/S 1165, the Reentry Act, HR 3074/S 971, the Due Process, Continuity of Care Act and the SUPPORT Act reauthorization bills, including HR 4531.
