Amendment 147 - To prohibit the use of funds to enter into, after the date of the enactment of this Act, a Government contract that requires a project labor agreement. Amendment 169 - Amendment sought to prohibit the use of funds to administer the wage rate requirements under the Davis-Bacon Act.
