Actively supported for estate tax reform at $5 and $10 million levels with a rate of 35%.
Supported the Lincoln/Kyl amendment to H.R. 5297, the Small Business Jobs and Credit Act of 2010 and also weighed in on S. 3533, the Responsible Estate Tax Act
Actively supported and lobbied for S 3578 and HR 5141, legislation that would repeal new 1099 requirements passed through the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
