Oppose H.R. 1431, the EPA Science Advisory Board Reform Act of 2017, which would undermine the ability of the Science Advisory Board to provide independent and objective scientific advice to the EPA.
Oppose all policy riders in Fiscal Year 2017 appropriations legislation.
Comments on the creation and implementation of the new TSCA under the Frank Lautenberg for the 21st Century Act (EPA).
Oppose cuts to conservation and environmental programs in the Presidents Fiscal Year 2018 budget request.
Oppose H.J. Res. 59, which would overturn the EPAs recently finalized amendments for Risk Management Programs.
