IREM staff met with Rural Housing Service (RHS) staff and discussed the lack of funding of the preservation demonstration in the FY11 budget. RHS discussed the field training program, and the Notice of Funding Avabilibity (NOFA) in attempt to get more energy efficiency to rurul communities.
