H.R. 575; Second Amendment Protection Act of 2013, Expresses the sense of Congress that the United States should not adopt any treaty that poses a threat to national sovereignty or abridges the rights guaranteed by the Constitution, such as the right to bear arms, and should cease the provision of financial support to any entity that does so.

H.R. 578; Respecting States' Rights and Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2013, Amends the federal criminal code to authorize a person who is not prohibited from possessing, transporting, shipping, or receiving a firearm under federal law, who is entitled and not prohibited from carrying a concealed firearm in his or her state of residence or who is carrying a valid state license or permit to carry a concealed weapon, and who is carrying a government -issued photographic identification document, to carry a concealed
handgun (which has been shipped or transported in interstate or foreign commerce, other than a maching gun or destructive device) in any state in accordance with the restrictions of that state.

H.R. 137 & S. 374; Fix Gun Checks Act of 2013/Protecting Responsible Gun Sellers Act of 2013, A bill to ensure that all individuals who should be prohibited from buying a firearm are listed in the national instant criminal background check system and require a background check for every firearm sale.
H.R. 329; Strengthening Background Checks Act of 2013. Amends the NICS Improvement Amendments Act of 2007 to require each state, for each fiscal year after a two-year period after this Act's enactment.
H.R. 449; Veterans' Heritage Firearms Act of 2013. To provide an amnesty period during which veterans and their family members can register certain firearms in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record, and for other purposes.
H.R. 1474 & S. 1149; Undetectable Firearms Modernization Act. Amends the Undetectable Firearms Act of 1988 to: (1) delay the repeal date for 10 years; and (2) extend coverage of, and exemptions under, the Act to undetectable firearm receivers and ammunition magazines.

Amends the Arms Export Control Act to allow the importation of certain firearms listed as curios or relics into the United States by a licensed importer without the requirement of an authorization from or payment to the Department of State or the Department of Defense (DOD) upon certification to the Attorney General that such firearms are lawfully possessed under the laws of the exporting country.

H.R. 322 & S. 1505; Hunting, Fishing, and Recreational Shooting Protection Act. Amends the Toxic Subsstances Control Act (TSCA) to exclude from the definition of "chemical substance" for purposes of such Act; (1) any component of any pistol, revolver, firearm, shell, or cartridge the sale of which is subject to federal excise tax, including shot, bullets and other projectiles, propellants, and primers; and (2) any sport fishing equipment the sale of which is subject to federal excise tax and sport fishing equipment
components.
H.R. 1819; Restoration of the U.S.-Russia Polar Bear Conservation Fund Act of 2013. Amends the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972 to allow the importation of polar bear parts taken legally in sport hunts in Canada.
H.R. 1825; Recreational Fishing and Hunting Heritage and Opportunities Act. Requires federal public land managment officials to ficilitate the use of, and access to, federal public lands, including National Monuments, Wilderness Areas, Wilderness Study Areas, or lands administratively classified as wilderness eligible or suitable and primitive or semi-primitive areas, for fishing, sport hunting, and recreational shooting.
H.R. 2046; Recreational Lands Self-Defense Act of 2013. Prohibits the Secretary of the Army from promulgating or enforcing any regulation that prohibits an individual from possessing a firearm at a water resources development project administered by the Chief of Engineers if : (1) the individual is not otherwise prohibited by law from possessing the firearm, and (2) the possission of the firearm is in compliance with the law of the state in which the project is located.
