H.R. 235 & S. 484: To amend title II of the Social Security Act to repeal the Government Pension Offset and Windfall Elimination Provisions.
H.R. 2145: To amend title II of the Social Security Act to restrict the application of the windfall elimination provision to individuals whose combined monthly income from benefits under such title and other monthly periodic payments exceeds a minimum COLA-adjusted amount of $2,500 and to provide for a graduated implementation of such provision on amounts above such minimum amount.
H.R. 626 and S. 354: To provide that 4 of the 12 weeks of parental leave made available to a Federal employee shall be paid leave, and for other purposes.
H.R. 2517 and S. 1102: A bill to provide benefits to domestic partners of Federal employees.
H.R. 4979: To amend chapters 83 and 84 of title 5, United States Code, to provide for the indexation of deferred annuities; to provide that a survivor annuity be provided to the widow or widower of a former employee who dies after separating from Government service with title to a deferred annuity under the Civil Service Retirement System but before establishing a valid claim therefor.

H.R. 1203 & S. 491: A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow Federal Civilian and military retiress to pay health insurance premiums on a pretax basis and to allow a deduction for TRICARE supplemental premiums.
H.R. 3631: Amend title XVIII to provide for the application of a consistent Medicare Part B premium for all Medicare beneficiaries in a budget neutral manner for 2010.
H.R. 4489: To amend chapter 89 of title 5, United States Code, to ensure program integrity, transparency, and cost savings in the pricing and contracting of prescription drug benefits under the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program.
H.R. 5200 and S. 3341: To amend title 5, United States Code, to extend eligibility for coverage under the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program with respect to certain adult dependents of Federal employees and annuitants, in conformance with amendments made by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
