H.R. 4170 - Bridge Corrosion Prevention and Repair Act of 2025, a bill to require states to implement a corrosion management system that utilizes industry-recognized standards and corrosion mitigation and prevention methods for bridge construction, repair, and maintenance projects that receive federal assistance; and to ensure that certain aspects of bridge projects are carried out by certified contractors that provide appropriate training for
their employees.
Seeking the introduction of a Senate companion to H.R. 4170 - The Bridge Corrosion Prevention and Repair Act of 2025.
H.R.3548 - Infrastructure Expansion Act of 2025 - a bill to preclude absolute liability in any action against a property owner or contractor for projects receiving Federal financial assistance for infrastructure and transportation development, and for other purposes.

H.R.20 - Richard L. Trumka Protecting the Right to Organize Act of 2025, a bill to amend the National Labor Relations Act to facilitate union organizing and to protect the right of workers to form and join a union.
H.R.2550 - Protect America's Workforce Act - a bill to ensure President Trumps March 27, 2025 Executive Order on Exclusions from Federal Labor-Management Relations Programs shall have no force or effect and that no Federal funds may be obligated or expended to carry out such Executive order.
S. 844- Faster Labor Contracts Act- a bill to accelerate workplace time-to-contract under the National Labor Relations Act.
General education about the need to expand the national apprenticeship system to include youth apprenticeships and pre-apprenticeships registered with the Department of Labor.
S. 2028 - Supporting Apprenticeship Colleges Act of 2025 - A bill to enhance and support registered apprenticeship programs in the construction and manufacturing sectors through funding and grants, primarily for institutions of higher education that sponsor such registered apprenticeship programs.
