IPA is dedicated to advancing and resolving critical issues that impact the generic medicine sector with a focus on the primary three areas: Healthcare Policy: IPA actively works to influence health policy reforms that promote access to affordable medicines and support public health goals. This includes advocating for policies that ensure patient access to affordable medications through necessary reforms of the Hatch-Waxman Act: mantaining a balance between fostering brand innovation and timely entry of generics. Also, IPA actively seeks to establish a U.S.-India partnership focused on affordable medicine,partnership aims to enhance supply chain resiliency and national security.
