Schrammar-McCarthy due to her not reimbursing our firm's stated, stipulated et al. expenses and otherwise not paying us for services rendered since the inception of our representing her in all her various personal and professional capacities. Also, our principal separately terminated his ties (same day and time) also due to lack of any reimbursements and payments for individual services he separately rendered. Also, due to our firm and principal temporarily moving into her house at 3905 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, New York 10308-3425 for all of two (2) consecutive weeks, we, by law and regulations, need and are entitled to at least 30 consecutive days to be able to moving our business belongings and the principal's belongings from her house to elsewhere when convenient and easier for all parties (i.e., the aforementioned Mrs. Schrammar-McCarthy and our firm and its principal) to do so and complete. We do regret our severing our ties and inconvenience resulting from such action.
Thank you.
