Support for stronger efficiency provisions in GREEN Act (HR 848) and the Clean Energy for America Act (S 1298), as well as standalone efficiency bills including Home Energy Savings Act (HR 4506,S 2588) and New Home Energy Efficiency Act (HR 4646, S2595).
