Tort Claim DC 1:24 cv 00479 RC Established protective laws for the majority against tyranny of the minority. It also presented an undisputed case with over 3k victim statements and various acts to bring balance to the systematic injustice. Budget must be allocated for equivalent gov't departments for the majority party operations. UCC! restitution for $500 Quadrillion and land withdrawal for 1.4 Trillion in population for the unrepresented globally mending the over 500 year overdue restitution for the kidnapping during the illegal trans Atlantic slave trade. 2. Parents are struggling to get immediate answers on their child's unaliving from either "police killing by race" or by wrongdoers. One parent did not find out about their child's death for 3 years in GA and that's unacceptable. Representatives assigned to hear constituents are extremely hard to reach to discuss issues at hand.

Contacted the NCUA to establish a credit union to operate in the interest of the unrepresented. None of the published time frames have been met. ie 10 days for receipt of application time frame to date is 3 months and still waiting.
Also, have been attempting to contact the US treasury and bureau of printing to surplus the new currency LND aka Black USD to boost economy and no response over a year.
Simutaneously registering crypto currency.
This surplus also would assist with the dramatic reduction of the national debt almost immediately

Due to the failure of the coverage of 2024 Presidential Candidate Rev Dr Christina Clement's presidential campaign and high-profile DC case with Defendents Attorney General Garland, US Supreme Court Judge John Roberts, Sec General of United Nations and ICJ, this lack provided further evidence of the need for a separate, equivalent and in harmony division of Communications for transparency and public knowledge that the people can trust. Parents against violence based on race. There is an overwhelming amount of unaliving events and targets against the afro community. Evidence supports this is due to the fact there is a lack of protective laws against the tyranny of the minority. Upon the discovery of this. These laws are now established and demand placement in the US code to work in harmony.
