Urged Congress to enact a new multiyear highway spending bill that would significantly increase infrastructure investment and create new, fiscally responsible revenue streams to ensure the Highway Trust Fund's (HTF) long-term viability.
Supported House passage of the Surface Transportation Extension Act of 2012, Part II (H.R. 4348).
Urged the surface transportation reauthorization conference committee to include a provision removing the state volume cap on PABs for water and wastewater infrastructure projects in the final conference report.

Supported S. 700/H.R. 1747, which would permanently institute a five-year depreciation schedule for agricultural equipment.
Lobbied Congress to extend 100 percent bonus depreciation through 2012 (H.R. 4196/S. 2240).
Urged Congress to enact legislation to ensure that contractors with long-term contracts should not be precluded from using
bonus depreciation (the "Sec. 460 fix") in 2011 and 2012 (H.R. 3366).
