HR4367/S 3204 - Amend electronic fee transfer act to limit the fee disclosure requirements to the screen of an ATM - requirement that a placard be posted at all ATMs.
HR 4014 - Amend the Federal Deposit Insurance Act with respect to information provided to the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protections - provides the CFPB with the same express rules protecting privileged information as those already applicable to other federal banking regulators.
