Support permanent repeal and replacement of the Medicare SGR including commenting on House Energy and Commerce/Ways and Means proposals and supporting HR 574 the Medicare Physician Payment Innovation Act of 2013; Support payment reform to more accurately value cognitive care services; Support repeal of the ACAs Independent Payment Advisory Board (H.R. 351/S. 351); Opposing automatic sequestration cuts to Medicare provider payments;
