-Main Street Tax Certainty Act of 2021 (H.R. 1381/S. 480) - made permanent the Section 199A, the Small Business Deduction, for millions of businesses organized as S corporations, and partnerships.
- Accelerate Long-Term Investment Growth Now (ALIGN) Act (S. 1166) - Make full expensing provisions permanent, which allows businesses to immediately deduct the cost of new capital equipment purchases in the year they are purchased.
- American Innovation and R&D Competitiveness Act (H.R. 1304) & American Innovation and Jobs Act (S. 749) - Permanently repeal the R&D amortization provision.
