Followed up with Questions for the Record on testimony given earlier in the year before the Subcommittee on Waters and Wildlife of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works in opposition to Corps of Engineers / EPA Waters of the United States draft regulations. Testimony also was in opposition to new highway design requirements related to stormwater runoff for particular types of highway projects. Testmiony was in support of additional federal funding for watershed restoration and protection.
