Livestock Mandatory Reporting (LMR), in regards to the swine reporting requirement program, as reauthorized by the H.R. 2051, the Agriculture Reauthorizations Act of 2015.
The Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA) upcoming proposed regulation regarding restrictions on poultry, beef and pork marketing arrangements. S. 2956, the Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration and Related Agencies Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2017. The Harris amendment to the House Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Bill, 2017, which adds bill language to stop the implementation of a GIPSA regulation that would place restrictions on poultry, beef and pork marketing arrangements.
Pork, the Other White Meat - US Department of Agriculture Agricultural Marketing Services review of the purchase from National Pork Producers Council and current valuation of the intellectual properties associated with the Pork Mark and the Pork, The Other White Meat campaign, and US Department of Agricultures defense of check off programs generally.
The United States Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) proposed rule to amend the organic livestock and poultry production requirements by adding new provisions for livestock handling and transport for slaughter and avian living conditions; and expanding and clarifying existing requirements covering livestock health care practices and mammalian living conditions; RIN 0581-AD44; April 13, 2016; 81 FR 21955.
