H.R.7461 - To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to clarify competency-based education, the bill amends the Higher Education Act relating to the offering of competency-based education programs.
H.R.7031 - Change of Ownership and Conversion Improvement Act, the bill regulates institutions of higher education that convert from for-profit to nonprofit status.
H.R. 7309, Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2022, the bill would reauthorize workforce training programs.
H.R.5376 - Build Back Better Act, the bill would, among other things, increase Pell Grant funding for students at nonprofit and public institutions.
S.864 - JOBS Act of 2021, the bill would expand the Pell Grant program to short-term programs offered at nonprofit and public institutions.
H.R.2037 - Jumpstart Our Businesses by Supporting Students Act of 2021, the bill would expand the Pell Grant program to short-term programs offered at nonprofit and public institutions.
H.R. 5588 - Net Price Calculator Improvement Act. To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to make technical improvements to the Net Price Calculator system so that prospective students may have a more accurate understanding of the true cost of college.
H.R.4600 - Responsible Borrowing Act of 2021, the bill would allow institutions of higher education the authority to limit student loan borrowing.
H.R.2874 - Student Loan Disclosure Modernization Act, the bill would require the Department of Education to prospectively disclose student loan interest rates to borrowers.
H.R.1319 - American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, the bill includes emergency COVID funding for institutions of higher education and amends the 90/10 rule.
H.R. 2700 - For-profit College Conversion Accountability Act, the bill amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to describe the process of converting a proprietary institution of higher education to a nonprofit institution of higher education.
H.R. 5126 - Combating Predatory Lending in Higher Education Act of 2021, the bill would require that certain loans made to parents on behalf of a dependent student and to graduate students are included in the definition of cohort default rate under the Higher Education Act of 1965, to require the Secretary of Education to report default rates for such loans, and for other purposes.

H.R. 5509: Student Veteran COVID-19 Protection Act of 2021. To amend title 38, United States Code, the Johnny Isakson and David P. Roe, M.D. Veterans Health Care and Benefits Improvement Act of 2020, and the Student Veteran Coronavirus Response Act of 2020 to make certain improvements to the educational assistance programs of the Department of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.

S. Con. Res. 5 and H. Res. 101: The concurrent resolution establishes the congressional budget for the federal government for FY2021, sets forth budgetary levels for FY2022-FY2030, and provides reconciliation instructions for legislation that increases the deficit.
H.R. 5376 and S. Con. Res. 14: This bill provides funding, establishes programs, and otherwise modifies provisions relating to a broad array of areas, including education, labor, child care, health care, taxes, immigration, and the environment. The bill increases to $12,000 in 2021-2022, the exclusion from employee gross income, for income tax purposes, of employer-paid educational assistance programs. The bill also expands the exclusion to include amounts paid for education-related tools and technology (e.g., hand tools, computers, software, licensure fees).
