Adoption Equality Act (S. 14/HR 4091), revised eligibility requirements for children with special adoption assistance.
Invest in KIDS Act (HR. 5466), comprehensive child welfare reforms to promote safety, permanency and well being for children in or at risk of foster care placement.
Amend Title IV-E (HR 2314), extends Title IV-E funds to private agency child welfare staff.
Partnership for Children and Families Act, HR 4207, to reform federal child welfare financing to improve outcomes for children.
Foster Care Continuing Opportunities Act, S. 1512, to expand federal eligibility for children in foster care who have reached age 18.
Tribal Foster Care and Adoption Access Act (S. 1956/HR 4688) makes Indian tribes eligible for direct Title IV-E foster care and adoption assistance payments, thereby extending new support and protection for Indian children.

The Paul Wellstone Mental Health and Addiction Equity Act (HR 1424), establishes parity between treatment for mental health and physical disorders.
Family-Based Meth Treatment Access Act of 2007 (HR 405/S 844), authorizes comprehensive family-based substance abuse.
Medicaid Foster Care Coverage Act of 2007 (HR 1376), requires Medicaid coverage of children aging out of foster care to age 21.
Foster Children Self-Support Act (HR 1104), increases the opportunity for children with disabilities in foster care to directly benefit from SSI payments.
