H.R. 1311 - Consumer and Fuel Retailer Choice Act and S. 517 - Consumer and Fuel Retailer Choice Act - Seeking support for a waiver on RVP on retail ethanol blends above 10% (i.e. E-10). Current EPA regulations prevent the sale of higher blends, such as E-15, to be sold during the summer months. The regulation is not appropriate for higher blends of ethanol blended gasoline.

General discussion surrounding trade of US agricultural products. We are seeking support in the upcoming Farm Bill debate for additional funding to USDA in regard to the Foreign Market Development and Market Access Program titles - H.R. 2321 - CREAATE Act & S.1839 - CREAATE Act. Furthermore, we are concerned about the position of the current administration in regard to the country's national trade policies. Specifically, the ongoing renegotiation of the NAFTA by the Administration, and the issues regarding trade with the People's Republic of China, the EU and the UK, pending threats of tariffs and retaliatory tariffs including duties related to national security (Section 232).
