Res. 14; Sec. 21004, Adjustment of Civil Penalties; provisions related to funding for the creation and expansion of registered apprenticeship programs and pre-apprenticeship programs and funding for infrastructure. H.R. 5972, the "Leveraging and Energizing Americas Apprenticeship Programs Act," legislation to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow employers a credit against income tax for employees who participate in qualified apprenticeship programs; entire bill. S. 1260, the "United States Innovation and Competition Act of 2021," legislation to (in part) establish a critical supply chain resiliency program and the related funding for microchip manufacturing capacity that applies federal prevailing wage standards.
