H.R. 5078 Waters of the United States Regulatory Overreach Protection Act of 2014 - Opposed bill that would prohibit EPA and the Army Corps from moving forward with their proposed rule to clarify the scope of the Clean Water Act and restore protection to millions of acres of wetlands and streams.
H.R. 935 Reducing Regulatory Burdens Act of 2013 - Opposed bill that would creat a Clean Water Act loophole for the discharge of pesticides to our nation's waterways.
H,R. 4854 Regulatory Certainty Act - Opposed legislation that sough to prevent EPA from exercising its important oversight responsibility for the Clean Water Act Section 404 dredge-and-fill permit program by imposing severe restrictions on the use of Section 404(c) to stop the most unacceptably destructive activities.
