- Corresponded with staff of a member of the Missouri congressional delegation regarding incidents of workplace violence occurring in Missouri hospitals, the Missouri Hospital Associations collection of data on such incidents and a 2019 joint report by CMS and OSHA regarding workplace violence.
- Forwarded to a member of the Missouri congressional delegation a publication by the Missouri Hospital Association on this topic. MHA noted that it opposes H.R. 1309 and S. 851, which were summarized in the publication.
- Conveyed to several members of the Missouri congressional delegation briefing materials regarding rural hospitals in Missouri.
- Provided information to respond to a request from a member of the Missouri congressional delegation regarding drug shortage in rural Missouri hospitals.
- Corresponded with a member of the Missouri congressional delegation to arrange for conversations between the Missouri Hospital Association and staff of the Dept. of Health and Human Services regarding workplace violence in Missouri hospitals.
