H.R. 20/S. 567 - The Protecting the Right to Organize Act. LIUNA lobbied in support of the PRO Act.
David Bacon/Prevailing Wage - General engagement with Congress and the Administration about the important of prevailing wage and other labor standards.
Apprenticeship - LIUNA lobbied to protect the existing labor/management model of registered apprenticeships.
Nominations - LIUNA support the nominations of Julie Su for Secretary of Labor and Jose Javier Rodriguez for Administrator of the Employment and Training Administration.

Energy Communities Tax Credit- LIUNA supports the credit and wants the inclusion port facilities as eligible projects
45V tax credit. LIUNA opposes additional standards for the credit as proposed in a pending rule.
LNG Export Pause - LIUNA has not taken a position on this action by the Administration but has engaged in discussion with Congressional offices on the topic.
-- the white house placed a pause on LNG export. We are neutral on the matter but I had to set a lot of meetings on the matter.
Energy Communities Tax Credit-- We support the credit but wanted to expand it to include Secondary Point of Interconnection and Operations & Maintenance at ports.
S.646 - Hydrogen for Industry Act of 2023. LIUNA supports the legislation.
Permitting Reform - LIUNA continues to engage broadly on the topic of permitting for energy infrastructure projects.
