Continue to oppose to EPA's proposed ozone standards. Researched and provided perspective on EPA's proposed limits on both commercial and private pesticide applicators as well as EPA's proposed Worker Protection Standards. Asked Congressional offices to sign on to letter to EPA's Inspector General regarding inappropriate communications and lobbing by EPA's on their WOTUS rule.

Communicated with federal officials on a potential critical habitat designation and potential for delisting because of increase in species population. Discussed serious consequences of a ban on horse slaughter in the United States with Congressional offices. Submitted public comments on a proposed USFWS rule regarding endangered species petitions, regulations and how it would impact the regulated community and state wildlife agencies.

Requested Congressional offices support a letter encouraging the president to discuss biotechnology issues with the Chinese president when he is visited the United States and United Nations.
