S. 47 The Natural Resources Management Act sponsored by Sen. Lisa Murkowski, Chair of the U.S. Senate Natural Resource and Energy Committee, that provides for the management of the natural resources of the United States, and for other purposes. This incorporates into 1 bill numerous natural resource bills introduced in the 115th Congress and have been reintroduced in the 116th Congress. This bill sets forth about 100 provisions regarding various programs, projects, activities, and studies for the management and conservation of natural resources on federal lands. Specifically, the bill addresses, among other matters land conveyances, exchanges, acquisitions, withdrawals, and transfers; national parks, monuments, memorials, wilderness areas, wild and scenic rivers, historic and heritage sites, and other conservation and recreation areas; wildlife conservation; helium extraction; small miner waivers of claim maintenance fees; wildland fire operations; the release of certain federal reversionary land interests; and boundary adjustments.
House changed name of bill to John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management and Recreation Act by calling it a correction.

S. 67 The California Desert Protection and Recreation Act of 2019 sponsored by Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) has numerous directives for the management of the California Desert Conservation Area. This legislation contains a compromise between U.S. Rep. Paul and Senator Feinstein who had introduced different provisions on the management of the California Desert in the 115th Congress. This bill has been incorporated into S. 47.

H.R. 376 The California Desert Protection and Recreation Act of 2019 sponsored by U.S. Rep. Paul Cook has the same compromise provisions as S. 67. It provides for the conservation, enhanced recreation opportunities, and development of renewable energy in the California Desert Conservation Area, and for other purposes. Its language has been incorporated in S. 47 through S. 67.

H.R. 403 The Clear Creek National Recreation Area and Conservation Act introduced by U.S. Rep. Jimmy Panetta (D-CA20) to establish the Clear Creek National Recreation Area in San Benito and Fresno Counties, California, to designate the Joaquin Rocks Wilderness in such counties, and for other purposes.

H.R. 179 The Acre In, Acre Out Act introduced by U.S. Rep. H. Morgan Griffith (R-VA9) to provide for no net increase in the total acreage of certain Federal land under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Land Management, the National Park Service, the United States Fish and Wildlife Service, or the Forest Service, and for other purposes.

S. 241 The Colorado Outdoor Recreation and Economy Act introduced by U.S. Senator Michael Bennett to provide for the designation of certain wilderness areas, recreation management areas, and conservation areas in the State of Colorado, and for other purposes and

H.R. 823 by U.S. Rep. Joe Neguse (D-CO2) to provide for the designation of certain wilderness areas, recreation management areas, and conservation areas in the State of Colorado, and for other purposes.The CORE Act unites and improves four previously introduced bills: the Continental Divide Recreation, Wilderness, and Camp Hale Legacy Act, the San Juan Mountains Wilderness Act, the Thompson Divide Withdrawal and Protection Act, and the Curecanti National Recreation Area Boundary Establishment Act.

S. 90 Protect Utah's Rural Economy Act introduced by U.S. Sen. Mike Lee and Mitt Romney to limit the establishment or extension of national monuments in the State of Utah.

H.R. 580 Protection and Transparency for Adjacent Landowners Act by U.S. Rep. Scott Tipton, Doug Lamborn and Don Young to amend the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 to improve the transparency and oversight of land conveyances involving disposal or acquisition of National Forest System lands or Bureau of Land Management public lands, to provide protections and certainty for private landowners related to resurveying such public lands, and for other purposes.
