-H.J. Res. 44 by U.S. Rep. Cheney disapproves the rule submitted by the Department of Interior that establishes the procedures used to prepare, revise or amend land use plans pursuant to the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 under the Congressional Review provisions.
-US S.J. Res.15 introduced by U.S. Sen Lisa Murkowski is a companion bill for H.J.Res. 44 which provides for Congressional disapproval under Chapter 8, Title 5 United States Code of the final rule submitted by the Director of the BLM management relating to resource management planning
-US S.33 by U.S. Sen. Lisa Murkowski which improves the National Monument Designation Process Act by providing for involvement of local governments in the designation.
-US H.R. 289 by U.S. Rep. Doug LaMalfa Guides and Outfitters Act or the GO Act of 2017
amends the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act to specify the circumstances in which the Department of the Interior and the Department of Agriculture (USDA) may: (1) issue special recreation permits for federal recreational lands and waters, and (2) charge a special recreation permit fee for them.

HR 1315, RFS Reform Act of 2017, by U.S. Rep. Robert Goodlatte to amend the clean air act to eliminate requirements under the renewable fuel program, to prohibit the Administrator of the EPA from approving the introduction into commerce gasoline that contains greater than 10% volume percent ethanol.

H.R.1033, Equal Access to Justice Act in the 115th Congress by U.S. Rep. Doug Collins, (R-GA9), amends the Equal Access to Justice Act and the federal judicial code to require the Administrative Conference of the United States to create and maintain online searchable databases with information about the attorney's fees and other expenses awarded to prevailing parties other than the United States in certain: (1) agency-conducted adversary adjudication proceedings, and (2) civil action court cases (excluding tort cases) or settlement agreements to which the United States is a party. AMA is interested in how it applies to environmental law.
