Support H.R. 383, Road User Charge Advancement Act of 2021.Support H.R. 2187, Truck Parking Safety Improvement Act. Support H.R. 1812, "One Federal Decision Act," supports streamlining of roadway projects. Support flexibility for State DOTs in the transportation reauthorization and allowing for new roadway capacity. Support H.R. 3201 the PAVE Act providing stimulus to State DOTs. Support S. 1931, the Senate transportation reauthorization bill. Support highway investment, and safety investments in H.R. 3684, the "INVEST in America Act" the House transportation reauthorization bill. Support the Bureau of Transportation Statistics and the increased authorization levels provided in the Surface Transportation Research and Development Act of 2021. Increased authorization levels will help ensure the bureau can continue to produce statistical data that contributes to evidence-based policymaking in transportation and infrastructure.
