H.R.1724, America's Brownfield Cleanup Act of 2009, amends the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide tax incentives for the remediation of contaminated sites.
To Be Introduced, amends the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make the expensing of environmental remediation costs permanent law and to repeat the recapture of such expenses under Section 1254 of such code.
H.R.1935, amends the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 provides for the treatment of partnership interests held by partners providing services.
H.R.561, S.293, S.823, a bill to allow five year carry-back of operating losses and for other purposes.
