HR 952, a bill to amend 38 United States Code, Section 1154, to streamline and expedite the accurate processing of veterans' disability claims filed against the Department of Veterans Affairs for post traumatic stress disorder, and otherwise promote access to healthcare and benefits for veterans. General support for Gulf War illness scientific research, and medical treatment, and disability benefits as part of VA's budget and appropriations.
