HR 1169/S 1893- The National Guard Technician Equity Act: This legislation would amend titles 5, 10, and 32, United States Code, to eliminate inequities in the treatment of National Guard technicians and to reduce the eligibility age for retirement for non-Regular service. (Entire Bill)
Lobbied in opposition to cuts in the civilian workforce at the Department of Defense, including possible base closures. (No Bill introduced)
S. 1798, HR 3337 - Open Burn Pit Registry Act of 2011:Lobbied in support of the bill which would create a registry for members of the armed services who were exposed to "burn pits" while in combat zones.
